1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of the Talkoptions platform in conjunction with the agnostic API of a broker. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. User Verification and Account Matching
2.1 Existing Talkoptions Users: If you are already a registered user of Talkoptions, you will be required to provide your email ID and mobile number when connecting your Broker account to the Platform. This information will be used solely for verification purposes to ensure that the Broker account matches your existing Talkoptions account.
2.2 New User Creation: If the mobile number or email address provided by the Broker does not match your existing Talkoptions account, a new Talkoptions account will be created for you.
3. Premium Plan Limitations
3.1 Transfer of Plans: You understand and agree that premium plans purchased on the Talkoptions platform are non-transferable. This means that you cannot transfer your premium plan from one Talkoptions account to another, even if you are the same person or different individuals.
3.2 Broker-Connected Premium Access: If you have purchased a premium plan on the Talkoptions website, you can still connect your Broker account to the Platform. After authorization, you will be able to access all the pro features of Talkoptions and trade through the Platform.
4. Single Login and Position Visibility
4.1 One-Time Broker Login: You will only need to log in to your Broker account once through the Platform. After successful authorization, you will be able to seamlessly trade from the Talkoptions platform and view all your positions and orders within the Talkoptions interface.
4.2 Broker Locking: Please be aware that once you connect your account with a specific broker through the agnostic API, you cannot switch brokers. This is a one-time association.
5. Disclaimer of Advice and Guarantees
5.1 Trading Risks: You acknowledge and understand that Talkoptions does not provide any investment advice or guarantees regarding the profitability of your trades. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any associated risks. You agree to trade safely and responsibly, managing your risk according to your individual circumstances.
6. Additional Terms
6.1 Broker's Terms and Conditions: You acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the separate terms and conditions of your chosen Broker. Please ensure you have reviewed and understood those terms before using the Service.
6.2 Changes to Terms: Talkoptions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any such modifications constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
6.3 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
